T-mobile has sold 1.5 million of their G1, overshot the sales expectation. After selling out all the pre-orders in a short time, HTC has tripled the order and were sold out as well. The pre-order is still available at t-mobile site and they promise to deliver all pre-orders by 10th November. If you have ordered it before 3rd October this month, you will get it as early as 22th October, 2008.
